Phil Audet started EnerChoice in 2017. Since then most of our effort has been concentrated on multifamily buildings. EnerChoice implements multifamily HVAC retrofit and smart thermostat programs for utilities in Texas. Working with utility program managers, property owners, management companies, HVAC manufacturers and contractors, EnerChoice has helped implement energy efficiency programs that have improved the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
